How do I book a dancewear fitting?
Appointments are only required for pointe and demi‑pointe fittings. You’re welcome to shop for all other shoes and dancewear during our regular business hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows other dancers to take the spot. You can reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your current pointe shoes and pads. While dancewear isn't required, wear clothing that leaves your ankles visible so we can check your alignment. We also provide footies for you to borrow.
How long does a typical fitting take?
Fittings usually range from 15 to 45 minutes depending on the service. We ensure every dancer receives personalized attention and the perfect fit.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure a professional fitter is available to assist you without waiting.
What if I'm running late?
Please give us a call! We offer a 10-minute grace period. We may need to shorten your session or reschedule to respect the next dancer's time.
